Cecil B. Williams, MBA, is the founder of Emerge Insurance Agency and has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 25 years as an executive on the insurance carrier side.

His background working inside insurance companies provides a deep understanding of how risk is evaluated, how policies are structured, and how claims are handled. He founded Emerge Insurance Agency to apply that experience to an agency focused on thorough risk assessment and long-term client relationships, helping individuals and businesses better understand their coverage options.

In addition to his professional work, Cecil supports the community through youth leadership development and youth mentoring programs, reflecting his commitment to helping the next generation grow and succeed.
